ABOUT THE WORK

I decided to name this collection The Quiet Path, after the first small painting I created in this style (it’s also titled with the same name). To me, it represents choosing to go in a different direction than I had been, and finding a style that reflects who I am, how I like to paint, and how I want to live.

There’s a tension in these pieces that feels true to my life. There might be some darkness, but everything is soft, and each painting is about returning to that quiet. Allowing myself the space for it. I hope they do the same for you.
